Founder’s Background
Our founder WR’s personal quest to more clearly understand business, life and love after having graduated high school and serving as an instructor in the Air Force, began in 1986 when visiting prisons and drug treatment facilities to both learn from and inspire others. This was in part a healing process after losing his dad of only 49 years. It was also his intention to discover why his father’s life ended so soon. Additionally the quest was fueled by the curiosity of why his own personal life was progressing similarly without a harmonious purpose in sight.
Yes, WR’s father on the outside was a successful business owner that employed others and was able to provide a seemingly comfortable life for his family and himself. But in retrospect, there was something seriously missing under the surface?
While delving on the human or personal level looking back, WR concluded that even with sufficient money and being the owner/boss at his own companies, there was much despair, disharmony and destruction under the surface in his dad’s short life. WR wondered was this common or unique unto his father? What WR instead discovered was that it is actually an epidemic plaguing many people, families & societies across the globe.
Life Experience
WR witnessed for the most part that people are survivalists and merely exist to make any level of money, pay their way and live out their lives. Most people seem to spend their whole lives without ever really reaching their full potential or obtaining their own S.O.N.G. that enables one to understand or to truly ever live with Perpetual Peace™.
Sadly most people never learn how to obtain and maintain their own S.O.N.G.4Life and enjoy this gift that provides a Healthy, Harmonious & Prosperous™ human experience. Our societies are full of much too many hamsters on wheels or robotic-zombie human lifestyle modalities.
Worse yet is the evidence that even the small percentage that do discover another path with some peace generally had to experience some VERY serious trauma or consequences to seek deep harmony or what is discovered in one’s own S.O.N.G.4Life. This utter despair or overwhelming disharmony unfortunately is what had to occur first. This is the not the R.O.C.Star way. People should not have to crash life before individuals even desire or seek anything above or beyond making another dollar to survive and/or they just settle to wander aimlessly or sleepwalk through another day.
Desire & Inspiration
WR decided after decades of researching human thinking, feelings and behaviors, what was truly missing was a simple blueprint for living by obtaining one’s own S.O.N.G.4Life™. Yes, a way to operate our own mind harmoniously, a simple path to travel and avoid the inevitable pain of not having a clear understanding of Biz, Life & Love™. Now, thankfully anyone may easily eliminate despair, disharmony & destruction before it totally destroys lives and/or before individuals wind up merely surviving and existing.
Matter of fact, haven’t we all at some point said, Damn, “I wish I learned that when I was 11”. This is the foundation inspiration and premise of everything within our organization’s Mission, Purpose & Story.
Think on this; don’t we require anyone who has a desire to drive to FIRST read a manual and learn how to drive before we permit them to operate a motor vehicle and not just when or after their 1st, 2nd or 3rd crash? This is the understanding and inspiration that gives validity to the R.O.C.Star Society, R.O.C.StarDNA™ Codex and the R.O.C.Star Treazurz™ game app. Imagine a game app providing success keys for navigating harmoniously on the road of Biz, Life & Love™.
With this simple concept, WR decided to at the very least make available a proven blueprint for the successful operation of the human mind coupled with an understanding of how to drive harmoniously without ever crashing along the road of Biz, Life & Love™. Google® agrees and now gives our organization us a grant to reach the world. We as a nonprofit 501 c3 organization cannot be like the government and require anyone to get a license to drive one’s mind. However, it will definitely help individuals and ultimately societies when our blueprint is embraced and more people discover how to live as healthy, harmonious & prosperous human beings.
Think again; anyone who wants to operate a motorcycle, car, yacht or plane, is required to read a manual, practice and satisfactorily pass a written and skills test. It’s crazy that no skills are required by law to operate our minds and live as healthy, harmonious & prosperous humans. Yet, we wonder why and accept as normal that so much despair, disharmony and destruction™ exists in our worlds.
Purpose of Mission
Our organizational purpose is to inspire and empower youth before they truly begin on the road of Biz, Life & Love™. We provide anyone the opportunity to learn, practice and reach his or her individual desired potential. This is a fun, entertaining, competitive and rewarding blueprint lived while playing the game app R.O.C.Star Treazurz™.
This is where Students to Executives comes in. We are a young and vibrant 501(c)(3) here to bring inspiration, and empowerment with lifelong support to our alumni. We provide access to learning Biz, Life & Love™ success via the blueprint known as the R.O.C.Star DNA Codex online, and ultimately the with the availability of our Treazurz™ game app and then maximum fulfillment will be occurring in person with others at UReyz™ live game show.
There is both a need and demand for our unique curricula of life skills, techniques and principles. It is proven that when people have access to Biz, Life & Love™ life skills and principles when their young, they excel in school, learn to earn an above average income and even know how to take care of their family. It ultimately changes the direction of individuals and our collective future world.
